IMPLEMENTATION OF RIJNDAELL CRYPTOGRAPHY FOR DATA TRANSACTION SECURITY ON OTOMAX APPLICATION

Transactions between servers currently have some disadvantages that there has been a case of breaking the server by hijacking the messenger account used as the Host To Host transaction account. The weakness of messenger communication is usually exploited by the irresponsible parties to conduct illegally transactions so that the owner of the server suffered a considerable loss. Solutions in overcoming the breaking of the server can be done by implementing cryptography on transaction messages used in Host To Host transactions. One method of cryptography that is known for its durability is Rijndael. Rijndael is a symmetrical cryptographic method that uses a feistel network using different rotary keys for each round to produce much safer and resistant encryption. The development of a mechanism for implementing Rijndael on Host To Host transactions is done by inserting the encryption and decryption procedures on the Host To Host transaction communication model both on the receiving and the sending server.
